Carrot, apple, beetroot & ginger juice

Serves 2

Ingredients:

5 large carrots (ends trimmed and scrubbed)

1 apple (cored and chopped)

2 beetroots (scrubbed clean)

1 thumb of ginger

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into your juicer. Serve!
