Not sure if this is place to post this, but when I press on my biceps they squish in about 1/2 an inch. Could you guys do the same see if theyre rock hard, or push in? I am low body fat, can see abs when I flex. My main bicep workout is bent over rows, for a 5 sets of 5 reps, currently doing 150 lb.
