I know for many of us, we exercise when we can. But if you have a regular work out routine, what time do you exercise? For me, I do it right after work. Sometimes I take a walk in the morning, but my consistent workout is usually around that 4:30pm time. I come home from work, get in my work out clothes and start dancing. After my workout, a quick shower and time for dinner.

Well I try to workout in the evenings, I do 3-4 times a week for an hour or two. I try to maintain one schedule so I am more serious towards it….

I don't have a specific time of day that I workout, I usually try to workout in the morning as it gets me energized for the rest of the day. There are times that my schedule is too busy so I need to wait till the evenings after dinner. I always feel excellent after a morning workout and the rest of the day just goes so smooth.

ALWAYS first thing in the morning. When you exercise early it is like starting the furnace in your house. You get the body moving and burning early so it carries you though the day. Many times after work i am too tired and find excuses to take the day off from exercise. I commit myself to it everyday 1st thing no matter what, and I haven't missed a day since I made that commitment.

Making that commitment and sticking to it is probably the hardest park of actually working out. It took me the longest time to actually get into some type of routine just because of commitment, but now that I have it makes it so much easier.
