Certain Vacations Unfriendly?

I personally feel like there are many vacations where the destination makes it hard for someone that's on a diet or someone trying to stay in shape. I go to Disney World every year and it seems like the popular lunch is cheeseburger, french fries, with a soda. Maybe the vacation destination is more of an excuse than reality but it just seems like, especially at a theme park, it makes it difficult for me to stay focused while away from home.

Anyone else face this while on vacation?

I can see how some vacations may be more diet unfriendly than others, especially when your on the run and trying to have more fun! I don't think its an excuse because I think we get sucked into the get up and go when we are away that we let ourselves slide, just like the holidays.

As you mentioned, theme parks can be a prime example of a hard spot to keep on a certain diet.
