I have been eating so crazy clean and training six days a week, which I love. I feel good, I look good and I am very motivated. During the holidays I have to admit my eating wasn't the greatest but since Dec 26 I have been spot on in regards to diet. Here is my problem, we (my husband and I) have a very social lifestyle. A lot of get togethers and party's, which means a lot of food that is not healthy and booze. I find myself avoiding going to any event because when I get there everyone is partying and carrying on. I am not I bring a Protein drink and an apple and some almonds in my purse so I am not starving, I drink water while everyone else is drinking booze.
I get to these parties and after about an hour I have had enough because I am not having any fun, I am bored. So I bug my husband and tell him to start the car, he complains "why did we even bother going, when you just want to leave an hour later?". Where as before I would eat so clean during the week and relax a bit on the weekends and maybe have a martini or a beer and relax a bit on the diet. I stopped doing that because I thought that I was undoing everything I worked for during the week just to mess it all up for the weekend. I guess my question is how do you ladies go out to party's and gatherings and not get bored because I can not seem to enjoy myself being so perfectly straight.
