hi everyone, Is it normal to not be able to sleep after a tough training session?
I usually train in the evenings on weekend days, but this weekend i trained sat + sun mornings, and they were mega sessions!
Last night sleep was not happening, i was 'fidgety' with sore muscles…admittedly today is a rest day thankgod!
I take my protein before and after, clean diet with all the usually supps – Vit B /Multis / fish oils. Is there anything else that can help with this, this is not the first time i've had this problem….
