Offlinei work mon-friday see gf sat&sun
I tend to train every weekday before work so i do 5 days, but id like to work or re arrange it so i cant hit chest twice … and i dont know how to arrange it at the moment its like this
mon-chest,bis
tues-legs
wed-back,tris
thursday-shoulders
friday-arms,abs
any suggestions? id like to work my chest twice because one its my favourite and second it seems to be lacking aestheticly to the rest of my body and where not far off summer lol
edit: chest is just flat, incline and flat flies and peck deck and some times i do pullovers with a dumbell. and recently iv been doing at the end very light dbpress to fail then superset them with flies and try to do 3 sets of that if i can
maybe i just need rearrange my chest day
