I watched a TV show in which they did an experiment that showed increase dairy intake (low fat) which was giving you more calcium would result in more fat being removed from your body. Has anyone tried this or know anything more about it?
Would calcium supplements have the same/similar effect?
I have seen some information about calcium and weight loss too but need to read up on it further.
I have been taking a calcium supplement for years and really haven't noticed a difference either way as far as weight loss effect, though. I wonder if there is some level of intake that would be required, maybe?
