I don't weigh myself every day. I probably weigh myself twice a week. If I'm trying to lose weight, I will keep a journal with the date and my weight in it. But if my weight is under control, twice a week seems to work out fine for me.
Same here, I usually weigh myself 2-3 times per week. I used to weigh myself more often then that but just doing a weight check a couple times a week has worked alright for me to know how I'm doing or what I may need to change.

I do better if I weigh daily even though I see people often say it's not a good idea. I am not sure why I do better but it seems to keep me more in tune with what's happening… I know that when I don't weigh daily it's because I'm not eating the way I should and I'm in denial.
