We all can look at those weight charts that tell us our idea weight according to our height, age and gender but rarely do I go by them. I feel I need to be about 10 pounds less than what most charts recommend. Do you feel the same or do you try to maintain your weight according to most weight charts?
At my lowest weight last fall, everyone was telling me I looked fabulous and skinny even though I was still 20 pounds from my goal.
I actually think that helped derail me a little bit by making me feel complacent, but I digress…
I think I looked great at my goal weight (about 10 years ago) and anything less than that would probably start to look a little unhealthy, even though I weighed much less than that in college.
