Mixed berry, banana & hemp smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed
1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries & strawberries)
1 cup pure water

Directions

Combine all ingredients into the blender, add enough water to cover and blend.

Too thick? Add more water.

Tip: Hemp Seeds have healthy fats and super protein! This smoothie is also great for lunch.
