Thanks Maria Sirriya for the awesome breakfast recipe! I used Almond milk and it was fabulous! Do you have a trick to getting your "chia jelly" just right?

    • Girlie! THANK YOU! I have no idea what "just right" jelly would be. I did a little research a while ago to see if what I was doing was right and my eyes started to cross at the needless complications I was reading. All I do is take is little 5 oz glass jar and put 3 tbls of chia seeds and water, and put it the the fridge. It stays good for a while (in fact I've never had it go bad) and gets jellyish fairly fast. The one lesson learned I can offer is definitely keep the ratio of chia to water at 1:3 or 1:5. The more water the better.

    • AND…I love this type of fun with you. Food is like the last thing on my mind, and simultaneously, because I'm always so busy but know the importance of feeding my body right, I just have to make fast meals that are nourishing enough for my daily workouts and activities. With that said, I never thought they would be blog worthy…so I'm flying off the roof in excitement that you like my creations!!! My meals are fast, weird, and excactly what my body needs at that moment. I'm going to make it a point to get something to you every month, and if you like it, please continue to share in your blog!
